- Video Feeds: The core functionality of our Service requires access to your device's camera. We collect and process the video feeds that you capture and transmit through the app.
b) Information Collected Automatically:
- Camera and Media Access: To provide the Service, the app requires permission to access your device's camera. We will only access your camera when you are actively using the features of the app that require it.
- Device and Usage Information: We may collect information about your device (such as device model, OS version, unique identifiers) and how you interact with our Service (such as access times, features used, and crash reports) for analytics and service improvement.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:
- To Provide and Secure the Service: Your account information is used to create your account, authenticate your login, and ensure that only authorized individuals can access the Service.
- To Process Video Feeds: The video feeds collected are used to:
- Evaluate missing misshipment claims and streamline SPF Process.
- Validate authenticity and correctness of the item shipped to Flipkart Myntra Customers.
- To Maintain and Improve the Service: We analyze usage information to understand user behavior, diagnose technical issues, and improve the functionality and user experience of our app.
- To Communicate With You: We may use your contact information to send you service-related notifications, security alerts, or updates.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting for video storage (e.g., Google Cloud). - Account Information: We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active.
- Video Feeds: Video feeds are retained for a period of 60 Days to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, after which they are securely and permanently deleted from our servers, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for any other disputes that may arise between the involved parties (Flipkart, Flipkart Sellers, Customers).
7. User Rights and Choices
You have rights regarding your personal information. You can:
- Access and Update: Access and update your account information through the app's settings.
- Revoke Permissions: You can disable the app's access to your camera at any time through your device's settings. Please note that doing so will render key features of the Service inoperable.
- Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
8. Children's Privacy
This Service is not intended for or directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy within the app or via email. You are advised to review this policy periodically.
